Here’s how you can easily customize your Shopify store to make sure mobile customers see Address Validator prompts.

Why Mobile Optimization is Important

Many customers shop on mobile devices, and sometimes important prompts like address validation can go unnoticed due to the checkout layout. By customizing your app block placement, you can ensure that mobile users see the prompt right above the "Pay Now" button.

How to Optimize Address Validator for Mobile Checkout

Step 1: Go to Checkout Customization

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Checkout.

  3. Click on Customize.

Step 2: Add the App Block Twice To make sure your Address Validator prompt shows up for mobile users:

  1. Add the Address Validator app block to the Shipping Block.

  2. Add the app block again to the Remember Me Block.

This ensures the prompt will be visible just above the Pay Now/Continue to payment button on mobile devices, regardless of whether your store uses the 3-page or 1-page checkout layout.

Step 3: Save and Publish After adding the blocks, save your changes. Now your prompts are optimized for mobile checkout.
